They will get you ready for a piercing then they'll tell you they ran out of all the cheapest earrings so you have to buy the most expensive ones, they will give you 2 options in terms ear solutions to buy but only have the more expensive available & force you to buy itHorribly ran business and very deceiving

I’ve been a nail biter all my life and since going to Timeless I have completely stopped. They are professional and personable. They take pride in their work and in providing a clean accommodating salon/spa. I see Tammy regularly and she is always amazing. She is a perfectionist and a conversationalist. I always feel well taken care of at Timeless. I highly recommend for those who are looking for a friendly spa/salon that care about their clients and want them to look and feel their best.

My two girls (aged 8 and 11) got their ears pierced here today by Ashley. She did a TERRIFIC job, was so kind and took time to explain everything carefully. Highly recommend!!

I will give this location 1 star for being open. I went into store and worker is sitting with her feet up on the phone. If I never said anything she probably still be on her phone four hours later. I get it the manager believes there employees Web search means more then my customer experience.

The Promo for Buy 3 Get 3" was a nice touch. (granted... it sucks you into buying 3 things).I was with my wife and she fit well in the store. I forsee dad shopping with their kids getting frustrated with the amount of space to move."

I am never shopping here again, never been so watched in my life, felt watched by security too I can't even focus to buy a gift for my nieces and I was accused for stealing, just because I was trying to measure an item in my hand or find an item, felt so embarrassed in front of customers too, there was a lot in the store but still, I'm never going to shop here no more, another location will be better for me. I'll grab a present for my nieces in another store. I can't do anything around. Such a bad day I had thanks for nothing. Just afraid of being watched. If employees want to watch me an bring security along? Go ahead and be my guest! Not coming back. Never felt I was going to have a hard time. Not a welcoming place. I'm not a customer there no more, at least they should have apologized instead of making me feel uncomfortable. But I guess not.

Have gone here for my girls' ear piercings. Great service with two ladies working together. I am picky with how they mark so I corrected them a few times but think that's kind of the case everywhere. Much more affordable than the tattoo and piercing shop we went to before with surprise charges afterwards and the ears still getting infected often, whereas here we've had no problems. Also, they took pictures of my daughter and texted it to me, which I thought was a nice gesture. When one stud had fallen out a couple months later but I waited too long to actually go back (5+ months) they still gave us a new earring for no charge!

The front desk lady was very rude and had bad manners, the other two workers/artist in this shop were also rude. Bad customer service and even went as far as threatening with the cops because I voiced out my opinion and didn’t want to be talked to with dis respect. Zero customer service, high price and bad tattoo artists. My personal experience. BEWARE AND GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
